> Mr. Neal Miller has been developing customized business software and consulting since 1979. He was a founding partner of Versatile System Solutions, and is founder and currently is president of Miller Systems, Inc. Mr. Miller is a past-president and current member of the Chicago Chapter of the Independent Computer Consultants Association. He is presently engaged in project management and software development for Miller Systems.

> Ms. Marilyn Miller has holds the CPA and CMA credentials, and has an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Business at Northwestern University. Mrs. Miller has served as public accountant and as controller for a variety of mid-sized firms. Since 1989, she has been engaged in project management and software development for Miller Systems.
